Director of Clinical Operations

Sevtap is Director of Clinical Operations at 4MCS, her mission is to accelerate the clinical development process by designing and implementing innovative, adaptive, and platform trials across all therapeutic areas. Her clinical research career, spanning over 13 years has included programme management, project management and monitoring services for (Phases I-IV) for global pharmaceutical companies, Biotech Companies, CROs and Clinical Trial Units.

Sevtap’s experience and skills include forming and maintaining strategic collaborations; leadership and development of site operational services; leading transformational change within medium large organizations to meet strategic goals; global strategic account management and supporting growth and increased operational efficiency.

She is passionate about transforming clinical trials including advancing inclusive research. Sevtap is a natural leader who is passionate about giving hope and improving the lives of patients around the world.

Asif Iqbal

Clinical Director

Asif is Clinical Director at 4MCS and a proud pharmacist bringing over 25 years extensive experience to the role, having worked across both primary and secondary healthcare settings for over 25 years.

With the support of his team, Asif established Eaststone, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company where he was responsible for general management of the business as well as leading the research and development team.

Asif has been an integral part of 4MCS since inception supporting and undertaking key trials from industry leading organisations.

Asif approaches everything with a can do attitude, enthusiasm, honesty and integrity building warm relationships and remaining open minded.

Amjed Butt

Finance Director

Amjed is Finance Director at 4MCS and brings 30 years knowledge and experience to the role which has been derived from a career spanning a broad spectrum of roles in operations, logistics, and finance.

He has held senior level posts throughout his career, and is an accomplished organiser and planner, showing strong leadership and accountability, across all operational aspects of the business.

Having qualified as a Pharmacist in 1993, he has worked with patients in community, as well as the hospital and industry sectors and has extensive knowledge across the clinical research spectrum with oversight of project management, responsibility for operational leadership and experience in business development and sales.

Amjed has strong analytical and technical abilities, and is able to improve systems and processes with careful analysis. He now takes a lead on financial matters across 4MCS.

Nasim Patel

Research and Business Director

Nasim is Research and Business Director at 4MCS with a proven track record and exceptional business acumen.

As a pharmacist he has extensive experience having had involvement in clinical drug development, international sales strategy and management, including international project management, with a track record of meeting targets and budgets.

He has assisted with patient recruitment, pharmacy and co-ordination, pre-award feasibility and contracts, regulatory and clinical reviews.

Nasim has experience of all 3 branches of pharmacy; community, industrial and hospital, and has gained in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of therapeutic areas (respiratory, diabetes, cardiovascular, dementia, renal and oncology), working closely across private and public sector.
