What is it like to work at 4MCS?

4MCS has grown rapidly in many directions since I joined in Sept 2020. It has been a great pleasure to be part of such exciting times. The one thing I have enjoyed the most is having had plenty of opportunity to grow and shine by being part of new and exciting projects. 4MCS pay attention to their employee’s strengths and always offer new opportunities inhouse before seeking new staff. 4MCS invest in their staff and offer relevant training programmes if needed to help strengthen their careers and develop new skill sets. We have a great team who support each other in every way.

Can you comment on the company culture?

I have been a huge part of the company culture. 4MCS focuses highly on its employees and clients. We are continuously looking to improve and find ways to meet clients needs while uploading company values and ethics.

What do you like about your job?

I love working with our Directors who are very approachable and always willing to listen to new ideas and opinions. 4MCS have always supported me in running the London Clinic and have trusted me in making positive changes to the business. I have loved creating a strong team in London and have always felt supported when facing challenges, especially during Covid. I love problem solving and being part of making a positive impact to the lives of our employees and clients.

What are the challenges?

We have faced many challenges as a company since I joined 4MCS, however we have supported each other throughout. We have learnt from our weaknesses and always remained positive, no matter how much pressure we have been under. The biggest challenge has been the overwhelming number of private Covid Testing that took place in 2020 through to 2022. The great thing about being part of a good team was that no-one was alone. We all supported each other and put a plan in action in place to resolve every challenge we faced. From not even having a testing base in London to successfully running thousands of Covid Tests per week at such a fast pace was a great achievement.
